Dylan Ramsay is a Project Manager at

With a Civil Engineering diploma from SAIT, Dylan has contributed to a variety of projects throughout Alberta, from executing quality underground and finishing work, to bid analysis and project supervision. Dylan is committed to culturing strong business relationships with both new and existing clients.

Casey Setters is the General

has worked for 20+ years,
starting as a laborer/operator
and working into a
management position. This
experience, along with a Civil Engineering
diploma from SAIT, gives
Casey a well-rounded approach
to civil construction. Casey is
also the founder and president
of Latitude Engineering. This
company provides civil
engineering and design for a
wide range of projects around
the province of Alberta.
Chad Ramsay
PROJECT MANAGER/SITE SUPERINTENDENT
Chad Ramsay has worked for
25+ years in the construction
industry, and with J.T. Setters &
Sons Construction for 24 years.
He started as a
labourer/operator and working
into a management position.
He has knowledge and
experience in Civil Construction
and has handled hundreds of
projects throughout Alberta
from deep servicing to the
finished product.
He ensures project completion
according to schedule, plan and
budget. Chad provides a
superior employee and
customer experience that
reinforces our core values of
quality, integrity and safety.
